<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for an alternator capable of preventing the occurrence of a stick slip between contact surfaces of at least two members among an inner ring, a position regulating part and a shaft member, when transmitting engine output to the shaft member supported by the inner ring via a pulley. <P>SOLUTION: Coating processing films 40, 41 and 42 using a fluororesin having a low friction coefficient as a raw material, are interposed as a friction relieving member between a front side contact surface 30 of the inner ring 9 and a rear side contact surface 31 of a spacer 25, between a rear side contact surface 32 of the inner ring 9 and a front side contact surface 33 of a spacer 26 and between an inner diameter contact surface 34 of the inner ring 9 and a contact surface 35 of the shaft member 5. As this actual means, coating processing is continuously applied with the fluororesin as the raw material up to the rear side contact surface 32 of the inner ring 9 via the inner diameter contact surface 34 of the inner ring 9 from the front side contact surface 30 of the inner ring 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
