<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell capable of improving strength as well as preventing thermal damage. <P>SOLUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell 1 supplied with fuel gas and oxidant gas, includes a self-supported film type single cell 4 having a fuel electrode 43, an electrolyte 41, and an air electrode 42 laminated in this order, a conductive support substrate 2 supporting the single cell 4 as well as having a fuel gas supply channel, and a gas-permeable welding layer 3 having conductivity and porosity, sandwiched between the single cell 4 and the support substrate 2 and welded to the single cell 4 and the support substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
