<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviously notify correlation between detailed information and a small index image printed on an address side of a direct mail. <P>SOLUTION: Customer information 12 and provision information 13 corresponding thereto are stored in a customer database 1. A small index image 9 and a provision information URL 15 corresponding thereto are stored in an address server 2. On the address side of an envelope 8 of the direct mail, the small index image 9 corresponding to each customer is printed and sent. The customer uses a camera provided in a mobile phone 10 to image the small index image 9, and sends it to the address server 2. The address server 2 searches for the small index image 9 by pattern matching, and obtains the provision information URL 15, to return it to the mobile phone 10. The mobile phone 10 accesses the provision information URL 15 to obtain the provision information 13. The small index image 9 is stored in the mobile phone 10.
