EMPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a business of workforce provision side to input surplus personnel to a workforce market connected to a communication network, or automatically perform a registration operation when the business has surplus workforce.

SOLUTION: A server device is provided with: a workforce information database for registering labor information; a labor candidate acquisition means for acquiring the candidates of matched labors from the labor information database by using the identification information of the labors notified by a communication network; and a browsing information output means for browsing the candidates of the acquired labors. The client terminal is provided with: a labor information 2 database for storing the information of the labors having jobs; a surplus labor specification database for specifying the surplus states of the labors; a surplus labor database for storing surplus labors; and a surplus labor selection means for selecting the surplus labors by using the labor surplus specification database by the labor information 2 database, and for storing the surplus labors in the surplus labor database.
