PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit impairment of the turning performance of a vehicle caused by the difference in tire uniformity components between left and right wheels while the vehicle is turning. SOLUTION: If force is applied in the direction of rotation of the vehicle with the tire uniformity components based on the tire uniformity components of the front wheels and rear wheels located in the diagonal direction of the front wheels when the vehicle is turned, the working force in the same direction as of the force is applied in the direction of steering of the front wheels. As a result, the front wheels can be easily steered in the turning direction when the force is applied in the direction of turning of the vehicle, and therefore, the vehicle can be more easily turned, and the turning performance is improved. On the other hand, if the force is applied in the opposite direction to the turning direction, the front wheels can be easily steered in the opposite direction to the turning direction, so that the vehicle can smoothly run while turning.
