PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape memory resin capable of being deformed and fixed at normal temperature, having an excellent deformation-fixing function, capable of deforming by a direct contact with skin without getting burn, and maintaining the fixed deformation without losing the memory unless decomposed, having an excellent shape-recovering capacity, capable of recovering the memorized shape in a short time in a high recovery rate, also having an excellent heat resistance, and without causing environmental issues even in the case of performing the waste treatment of the resin. SOLUTION: The shape memory resin has plural functional groups for cross linking and has a three-dimensional structure wherein crystalline resins having≥500 and≤3,000 number-average molecular weight are cross-linked, and has≥60°C crystal-melting point (Tm) and≤45°C crystallizing temperature (Tc).
