PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC transformer which is suppressed in frequency rise at non-loading, small in size and low in price. SOLUTION: The DC transformer comprises: a transformer T1 having a primary winding P1 and a secondary winding S1; a serial resonance circuit to which a current resonance reactor Lr, the primary winding of the transformer and a current resonance capacitor Cri are connected in series; conversion circuits Q1, Q2 which convert DC voltages of a DC power supply Vin into rectangular wave voltages and output the rectangular wave voltages to the serial resonance circuits; and rectifying smoothing circuits D3, D4 and Co which rectify and smooth voltages generated at the secondary winding of the transformer and output DC output voltages to loads. A capacity element Cr having a capacity component corresponding to a floating capacity Cp which equivalently appears between the primary windings of the transformer is connected in parallel to a current resonance reactor.
