PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a leader line to a base bracket via a bush in an electric motor, where the leader line of an armature is pulled out through the bush fitted in a through-hole at a base of the base bracket, and the leader line is connected to a circuit board, positioned at the lower face of the base bracket. SOLUTION: The bush 5 of the motor 13 is an elastic member, and a notch is formed in a part inserted into the through-hole 3221a of the base bracket 32 of the bush 5. When the leader line is fixed to the base bracket 32, the bush 5 is elastically deformed, and a part of the leader line is inserted into the notch. Next, the bush 5 is fixed to the leader line, and the bush 5 is inserted into the through-hole 3221a and is fitted by an adhesive.
