PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC-DC converter compensating an optimum phase with a simple structure even if a use range as a DC power supply device is wide and especially an input voltage and a load current change. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter for controlling an output voltage Vo supplied to a load Ro to a desired size by on/off-controlling an input voltage Vcc via a switch Q1 has an error amplifier 13 outputting a differential voltage between the output voltage Vo and a preset reference voltage Vref and a plurality of phase compensation circuits compensating a phase of output voltage Vo fed back to the error amplifier 13 by different characteristics. A change of input voltage Vcc or load current Io flowing in the load Ro is detected, and a plurality of phase compensation circuits are switched. Frequency characteristics of the phase compensation circuits are decided at every divided fluctuation range of input voltage Vcc or load current Io. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
