PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source device or the like for supplying stable large current to a load. SOLUTION: This power source device 1 has: a power source 10; and a power supply circuit 30 supplying power to the load 20 from the power source 10. The power supply circuit 30 includes a field effect transistor 31, a current value detection part 32, and a gate voltage control part 33. In the field effect transistor 31, a source terminal and a drain terminal are connected and inserted to a power supply path between the power source 10 and the load 20. The current value detection part 32 is provided in the power supply path, and detects the value of the current flowing through the path. The gate voltage control part 33 controls a voltage value applied to a gate terminal of the field effect transistor 31 such that the current value detected by the current value detection part 32 becomes constant.
