PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector which can inhibit a moisture intrusion into a scintillator layer and can inhibit degradation of the scintillator layer. SOLUTION: The radiation detector includes an electrode substrate having plural photoelectric conversion elements which convert visible light into electrical signal, and the scintillator layer formed on the electrode substrate and converting radiation ray into visible light. Further, a protective film in which at least a drying agent film and a moisture proof film are laminated and formed on the scintillator layer in this order is prepared. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
