PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor that allows a material other than a special material to be used as a formation material of an electrode, as well as, capable of being used readily. SOLUTION: The gas sensor includes a gas-sensing part, used for gas sensing in which the electrical conductivity varies by contacting of a gas, and an electrical conductivity unit for measuring the electrical conductivity of the gas-sensing part, in which the gas-sensing part is formed of a carbon nanotube.
