PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone processing device having high measurement accuracy of an ozone concentration, capable of measuring each ozone concentration on a plurality measuring spots, inexpensively without relative dispersion. SOLUTION: This device 1 for measuring the ozone concentration included in ozone water OW includes at least an oxygen gas generation part 20 for generating oxygen gas OG by self-decomposing ozone included in the ozone water OW of sampling liquid acquired by sampling a fixed quantity of the ozone water, and an oxygen amount measuring part 30 for measuring the oxygen amount included in the sampling liquid from which oxygen gas OG is generated.
