PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger, efficiently performing knocking of bricks and updating of a metal hanger in repairing work for preheat zone ceiling brick in a top type lime kiln, and relaxing stress concentration to a brick hanging part, which is a factor in causing damage of the brick. SOLUTION: The basic brick of the preheat zone ceiling is made lighter than the conventional one, and a hole is previously bored in a hanging part. The hole part is hooked by a special metal hanger, and a set of two bricks is hung from the outside of the furnace. A brick stop plate is installed in every rotating direction line, thereby relaxing stress concentrated on the hanger part. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
