PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bath device with high execution performance capable of securely detecting troubles of piping at the time of construction. SOLUTION: The device comprises a hot-water supply means 1 for supplying hot water to a bathtub 10, a circulation path 12 installed outside the bathtub 10 for circulating the hot water in the bathtub, a circulation means 2 for circulating the hot water in the bathtub 10 installed on the circulation path 12, a water level detection means 3 installed on the circulation path 12 for detecting a water level in the bathtub 10, and a water level comparing means 4 driven by the circulation means 2 for comparing water levels in the bathtub 10 before/after circulating the hot water in the bathtub 10. The circulation means 2 is driven at predetermined timing while filling the bathtub 10 with the hot water. The water level comparing means 4 compares the water level before driving the circulation means 2 and the water level after driving the circulation means 2. If the difference between the water levels before/after driving the circulation means 2 is not less than a predetermined value as a result of comparing the water levels by the water level comparing means 4, the device stops filling the bathtub 10 with the hot water.
