PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire that can reduce manufacturing and construction costs. SOLUTION: The luminaire includes a support base 2 installed on the ground; a solar battery 3 mounted to the support base 2; a secondary battery 9 storing electric power generated by the solar battery 3; a lighting part 4 lighted at night by electric power supplied from the secondary battery 9; a seismoscope 7 having a sphere which rolls on a rolling surface, and detecting the vibration of the support base 2; and adjusting means 10-13 adjusting the inclination of the seismoscope 7.
