PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire alarm device for equipment installed outdoors capable of alerting an indoor user while simply constructed without a dedicated fire alarm means separately provided. SOLUTION: The equipment installed outdoors includes a temperature detection means for detecting a temperature, equipment installed outdoors with the temperature detection means built therein, a control device 30, built in the equipment installed outdoors, for controlling operation of the equipment installed outdoors based on a detected value by the temperature detection means, and a remote controller 31 installed indoors for setting the operation and displaying the operating status of the equipment installed outdoors, wherein the control device 30 lets the remote controller 31 give a fire alarm when the detected value by the temperature detection means exceeds a predetermined threshold.
