PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal printer device which materializes reduction in the manufacturing cost and improvement in the reliability thereof by using a press formed component as a frame. SOLUTION: The thermal printer device 60 has the frame 61 manufactured by press-forming a stainless steel plate. The frame 61 has a paper guide portion 65. Thermal-head-pressing plate spring portions 64a and 64b are formed in the back plate portion 64 of the frame 61 and platen-roller-holding plate spring portions 66c and 67c are formed in side plate portions 66 and 67 respectively.
