PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly and automatically judge that back flow occurs at a check valve and time of replacement of the check valve comes. SOLUTION: A in-line screw type injection molding machine is equipped with the check valve at a screw, wherein measured injection speed data at a pressure holding process is monitored and when the measured injection speed data shows that time when the measured injection speed data is nearly constant exceeds predetermined time, it is judged that back flow occurs at the check valve.
