PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laminates excellent in antistatic performance and favorable for use as a tray for conveying electronic parts, in wear resistance and in releasability and a tray for conveying the electronic parts excellent in the antistatic performance, in wear resistance and in releasability. SOLUTION: In the laminates laminated in the order of a surface layer/an intermediate layer/a supporting layer/an intermediate layer/a surface layer, the supporting layer is made of thermoplastic resin with the glass transition point of≥50°C, the surface layers are respectively made of a resin composition including thermoplastic resin has the glass transition point of≤0°C and the melting point of≥110°C and polymeric antistatic agent and, at the same time, each intermediate layer is made of a resin composition including styrene base thermoplastic elastomer.
