PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of suppressing liquid jet irregularities caused by meandering in scanning of at least one of a liquid jet head and a liquid jet object. SOLUTION: A liquid jet apparatus includes a dot data generating part which generates dot data representative of a formation state of a dot of each pixel set on the jet object, and a liquid jetting part which forms the dot by jetting a liquid onto the jet object while carrying out scanning in a scan direction of a nozzle array in a common printing region by a plurality of the number times. The liquid jet apparatus thins dots to suppress mutual contact of dot groups formed by every scanning of the nozzle array in a graphic region, and omits thinning in a text region and a photograph region when image data includes both an image region of at least one of the photograph region as an image region representative of an image and the text region as an image region representative of a text, and the graphic region as an image region representative of a graphic.
