PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow-path switching device that can be suitably used in a fluid-supply system such as a coating system. SOLUTION: The switching valve device 16 constituting the flow-path switching device has a first cylinder member 95 communicating with a first inflow port 115 for introducing a fluid thereinto, a second cylinder member 96 communicating with the first inflow port 115 and a second outflow port 124 for discharging a fluid therefrom, a third cylinder member 97 communicating with the first outflow port 116, a fourth cylinder member 98 communicating with the first outflow port 116 and a second inflow port 128, a path 92a connecting the first cylinder member 95 and the third cylinder member 97, a first to a fourth valves 101 to 104 each inserted in the cylinder members 95 to 98 respectively in a manner movable by virtue of the fluid pressure so as to open or close the paths between each of the first to fourth cylinder members 95 to 98 and the first inflow port 115 or the first outflow port 116, and an energizing means for energizing the first to the fourth valves 101 to 104 in each of the first to the fourth cylinder members 95 to 98 respectively in the closing direction.
