PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood component preparation container by which a predetermined volume of blood can be taken with high accuracy and a blood component separation/storage device using the blood component preparation container. SOLUTION: The blood component preparation container has a fluid storage chamber 2 with a fluid inlet 21 for guiding in fluid such as blood. and a component outlet 22 for guiding out a part of fluid, a fluid filling chamber 3 formed neighboring the fluid storage chamber 2 and having a communication port 31 guiding in/out fluid, and a flexible diaphragm 4 sectioning the fluid storage chamber 2 and the fluid filling chamber 3. The volume of the fluid storage chamber 2 is reduced by deformation of the diaphragm 4 to the fluid storage chamber 2 side by guiding fluid from the communication port 31 into the fluid filling chamber 3, and increased by deformation of the diaphragm 4 to the fluid filling chamber 3 side by guiding the fluid, guided into the fluid filling chamber 3, out from the communication port 31.
