PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen pie for heating by a microwave heating device, capable of being eaten by the heating with the microwave-heating device such as a microwave oven, or the like, and also having a satisfactory sensation of eating by having crunchy surface and being crispy in the inside. SOLUTION: This frozen pie for heating by the microwave heating device is characterized by laminating dough for a first layer (a surface layer) obtained by blending the flour of two grain-based wheat on both of the surfaces of the dough for a second layer (an inner layer), obtained by without blending the flour of the two grain-based wheat, and also the frozen pie for heating by the microwave-heating device is such that by laminating the dough of the first layer (the surface layer) obtained by blending the flour of the two grain-based wheat on the one side surface of the dough of the second layer (the inner layer), obtained without blending the flour of the two grain-based wheat so as to form the dough for the first layer becoming the surface layer.
