PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit simple alteration of the composition of symbol combinations, and reduce the man-hour in the development of a new model. Based on the result of a lottery initiated by a starting operation, code numbers are determined corresponding to the winning state of the ordinary and special symbol combinations.
