GASIFICATION SYSTEM REUTILIZING ALKALI EVAPORATED IN GASIFICATION FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification system capable of effectively utilizing an alkali without making the alkali evaporated in a gasification furnace stick to piping as much as possible.

SOLUTION: The alkali is adsorbed on limestone or active carbon by installing an alkali absorption column in the latter stage of the gasification furnace. Thereby, the sticking of the alkali to the piping can be prevented. Furthermore, the limestone or the active carbon absorbing the alkali is fed to an incineration furnace or the gasification furnace to thereby carry out effective utilization as a desulfurizing agent, a gasification catalyst, or a material for improving the gasification efficiency.
