<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system capable of efficiently acquiring information about provided cleaning services and determining conditions related to clothing cleaning under customer's agreement. <P>SOLUTION: An operating part 34 inputs identification information, contact destination information and state information to an outlet store terminal 30. The input information is transmitted to a server device 10 and stored in a management table 20 of the server device 10. The server device 10 displays an input screen 135 including the contact destination information stored in the management table 20 on a liquid crystal display of a display part 15. The server device 10 receives an input of cleaning related information for the input screen 135 on the basis of an operation input from the operating part 13.
