PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip having the drain function. SOLUTION: A pair of elastic claws 8 are formed in a sidewall part 7 of a body part 5 of a cross-sectional elliptic cylindrical locking part 1 composed of a resin material and corresponding to an elongate hole 4 of a hood panel 3, and an opening 14 is arranged in a sidewall part 13 on the side unformed with the pair of elastic claws 8. For example, a cushion part 2 composed of a soft material such as elastomer is integrally formed with a board part 6 of the locking part 1, and an opening 15 communicating with the opening 14 of the locking part 1 is arranged, and a drain hole 16 is formed in these communicating parts. This cushion clip 101 is installed on the hood panel 3, and is locked on the elongate hole 4 of the hood panel 3 by the pair of elastic claws 8. Water W infiltrated into the hood panel 3 is made to flow in the opening 14 of the locking part 1, and is drained from the opening 15 of the cushion part 2 via the drain hole 16.
