It is possible to easily and adaptively adjust an information amount which is provided to a user. For this, an information presentation device includes: delay units (70A to 70D) which add a predetermined delay to a video whose reproduction speed has been converted and output the video to display units 2B to 2E excluding a first display unit 2A among a plurality of display units; a reproduction speed conversion unit (60) which converts a reproduction speed of the input video according to a given variable and outputs the input video to the first display unit 2A and the delay units 70A to 70D. The device further includes: a visual line position judgment unit (40) which judges whether the visual line position detected by a visual line detection unit (3) for detecting a position of a user visual line is on a screen of the first display unit 2A and outputs a judgment result; and a reproduction speed decision unit (50) which decides a reproduction speed according to the judgment result obtained by the visual line position judgment unit (40) and outputs a variable based on the reproduction speed to the reproduction speed conversion unit (60).
