<p>Provided are a method of manufacturing a functional packing paper for packing contents and for preventing various harmful bacteria and insects from being generated and a packing paper manufactured by the same, and the method includes: mixing 75 weight % to 90 weight % of gravure printing ink agent, 5 weight% to 10 weight % of surface active agent, and 5 weight % to 15 weight % of silver nano powder to form a color retention agent having an antibacterial property; mixing 20 weight % to 50 weight % of the color retention agent having the antibacterial property with 50 weight % to 80 weight % of a binder consisting of olefin, acryl, urethane or a mixture thereof to form a solid; mixing 20 weight % to 40 weight % of the solid with 60 weight % to 80 weight % of an organic solvent to form a paste; and silk screen printing the paste on an outer surface of the packing paper of which an inner surface is coated with aluminum.</p> |
