<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase visibility by displaying a pictogram and character information in white when providing guiding display using an afterglow that a light accumulating material emits. <P>SOLUTION: A light accumulation type guiding display board 16 is equipped with a milky-white half plate 22, which transmits light that the light accumulating material 24 emits to emit white light to the outside, outside the light accumulating material 24 which emits accumulated light energy as the afterglow.
