<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thigh attachment for walking assistance device which gives less sensation of pressure and discomfort to the user, properly fits to the user, excellently transmits assistance force to the thigh, and allows the user to be naturally seated while wearing the attachment in assisting walking of a user. <P>SOLUTION: The thigh attachment (30) for a walking assistance device is mounted on the thigh, and transmits thigh motion assisting force generated by a power generator mounted on the hip side, to the thigh, and has a structure formed by combining a band plate-like hard frame 31 and a soft belt 32.
