<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working simulation device and its program for accurately simulating a tool locus or a working speed before working. <P>SOLUTION: A division locus calculation means 35 divides a designated tool locus at large intervals according as its curvature becomes small, and divides it with small intervals according as its curvature becomes larger to determine division loci, and an axial control data calculation means 36 determines each axial position on the vision locus when working a workpiece and the temporal change of the speed of each axial direction calculated with prescribed time intervals as axial control data A by moving a tool on each division locus at a speed following the designated tool position moving speed.
