<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image forming apparatus by which a plurality of observers can experience stereoscopic vision simultaneously, and can obtain a natural three-dimensional image. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional image forming apparatus 1 is equipped with a plurality of screens 10a to 10d arranged at depth positions different when viewed from the observer, a plurality of projectors 20a to 20d projecting image light to each of the screens 10a to 10d, and an image signal supply device supplying an image signal to each of the projectors 20a to 20d.
