<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the connection strength between a case of an imaging device and a signal cable extending from the side opposite to the imaging surface. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging device includes the case 4 having a first plate-like part 12 and a second plate-like part 16 facing each other, a photo-detecting element 34 stored in the case 4 so that a light incident surface faces the first plate-like part 12, a cover 6a provided on the external surface of the second plate-like part 16 and covering an opening 16a, and fixing members 32a and 32b provided between the second plate-like part 16 and the cover 6a, and fixing the signal cable 24, which is connected to the photo-detecting element 34 and extends from the inside to the outside of the case 4 via the opening 16a, to the case 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
