<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture device which can recover anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria without waste and which can efficiently culture the anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacterium, in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: This culture device 10 for culturing and recovering the anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacterium, provided with an inlet port for introducing raw water containing ammonia and nitrous acid; a culture tank 14 for contacting the anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacterium with the introduced raw water to culture the anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacterium; a storage tank 16 for storing a treating water flowed out from the culture tank 14; a membrane-separating device 18 for separating and recovering the anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacterium left in the treating water; a raw water-introducing piping 24 for introducing the raw water into the treating water; and a circulation piping 26 for communicating the storage tank 16 with the membrane-separating device 18 and making the raw water-mixed treating water circulate between the storage tank 16 and the membrane-separating device 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
