<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing fuel from sludge, preventing releasing of NOx even when sludge itself, or woody biomass material, waste plastic, fossil fuel or the like as an auxiliary fuel, is burned in a combustion furnace, free from growing in size, suppressing power consumption as it is simple, and reducing running costs. <P>SOLUTION: This device for producing fuel from sludge has a pyrolysis carbonization furnace 6 generating a pyrolysis gas and carbide by performing pyrolysis carbonization treatment on sludge, and the combustion furnace 7 having a combustion burner for burning the pyrolysis gas generated in the pyrolysis carbonization furnace 6, a combustion exhaust gas generated in the combustion furnace 7 is used as a heat source of the pyrolysis carbonization furnace 7, and a spray nozzle is disposed to spray water vapor to an tip portion of combustion flame of the combustion furnace 7 to reduce NOx generated from the combustion furnace 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
