<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly on-vehicle communication device. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle communication device is constituted so that a control part 52 has the downloading order of a content list, stored in a content list storage part 54B automatically and in order of content with high priority, based on the number of communicable areas, category, and usage history in the past, and the like, rearanged, when own vehicle enters a communication-enabled area, when a destination is set by a user using an input/output part 56 and own vehicle runs on a route to the destination calculated by a navigation part 55.
