PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusible resin film in which, when the surface thereof is worked, the problem of boundaries such as the intrusion of bubbles is hard to occur, and the change in light diffusion properties before and after the working such as pasting and coating is reduced, and to provide a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: In the light diffusible laminated resin film which has a thickness of 30 to 500μm, a transparent resin layer (B) is laminated on at least one side of a resin layer (A) made of a transparent resin into which a light diffusing agent with the weight average particle diameter of 1 to 20μm is dispersed. The resin layer (A) comprises the light diffusing agent of 5 to 40 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the transparent resin. The method of producing the same is also provided.
