PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular cutting edge replaceable at low cost even if the cutting edge is worn or deformed in a blade used for a core drill, a hole saw, an edge replaceable drill for concrete, a core drill crown, and a food cutter. SOLUTION: This replaceable tubular cutting edge is used as a replaceable edge for, for example, a drill core sampler. The replaceable cutting edge uses, as the raw material, a rectangular stainless steel sheet X with a proper thickness. After an edge part 1 is formed on one of the long sides of the stainless steel sheet X by laser machining, the stainless steel sheet X on which the edge part 1 is formed by laser machining is rounded in a pipe shape to form a short cylindrical edge part 2.
