PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing apparatus with which tube shrinking work is performed on a tubular base stock having thin wall thickness and a tubular base stock having a large diameter without generating excessive deformation. SOLUTION: In the drawing apparatus which includes a roller mounting base 13 for supporting drawing rollers R slidably in the radial direction on the top of the rotating spindle 10 and also made to perform the tube shrinkage of the top of the fixed tubular base stock by moving the drawing rollers R in the radial direction, back up rollers 20 which are situated inside the tubular base stock when performing the tube shrinkage and moved in the radial direction of the spindle 10 are arranged on the roller mounting base 13.
