Composition comprises an oil phase, an aqueous phase and at least a water-in-oil emulsifier (w/o-emulsifier), where: the aqueous phase contains at least one branched or crosslinked anionic polyelectrolyte, Which is derived from 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid salt (AMPS salt) copolymerized with partially neutralized acrylic acid; and the oil phase contains at least an ester of 1-5C-alcohol and an optionally saturated 10-22C-fatty acid. An independent claim is included for the preparation of the composition comprising mixing the w/o-emulsifier and the fatty acid ester as an oil phase; mixing the monomer AMPS salts and acrylic acid in partially neutralized form including crosslinking agent; emulsifying the aqueous phase subsequently in the oil phase, which is polymerized into a monomer mixture; and optionally adding the o/w-emulsifier.
