A traffic lane guide LED(Light Emitting Diode) control circuit is provided to prevent a traffic accident by illuminating a road or tunnel by the LED. A commercial AC supply unit is applied to an AC input unit(10). The commercial AC power supply unit is dropped into the DC voltage by a switching mode power supply unit(11). The DC voltage is supplied to an LED driving circuit through a diode string. A DC power supply unit(20) includes a bridge diode and a switching regulator(21). A bridge diode converts the polar DC voltage into the non-polar power source. The switching regulator is connected to the output terminal of the bridge diode. The switching regulator always outputs the constant voltage. The LED driving circuit converts the power source received from the AC source or the DC power supply unit into the voltage for driving the LED. The plurality of LEDs are mounted on an LED board.
