<p>The collar has a strap (50) passing through a guiding unit (12) e.g. hoop, so that a guided portion (51) of the strap remains in contact with a band and a free portion (52) of the strap is moved away from the collar with a ring (54). The guided portion is located with respect to the guiding unit in a side of another band (20). The guiding unit of the former band is located on both sides of a transversal median plane of the former band. The latter band has ends (21) placed above the former band such that ends (11) of the former band slide on an inner face of the latter band.</p> |
