<p>The method involves generating a popup (134) on a graphical user interface, when an inquiry condition is satisfied, where the inquiry condition comprises a personalized user inquiry condition and/or a personalized patient inquiry condition. The user inquiry condition and the patient inquiry condition are dynamically supplemented into a database (122), where the popup has a display option selectable by a user. The user and patient inquiry conditions are generated during selection of the display option, where the option incurs in the user and patient inquiry conditions.
