A toner for electrophotography includes a polyester-based resin, a colorant, a charge controlling agent, and a releasing agent, wherein the toner is substantially free of organic tin compounds, and generates about 100 ppm or less of volatile organic compounds at a temperature of about 150 to 200°C.
