The invention relates to a mobile station (10) for a mobile network (14, 16), in which identification and authentication for accessing the mobile network (14, 16) is made by a subscriber identification module (32, 38). The mobile station (10) comprises at least two smart card reader and/or smart card writer units (26, 28) for inserting at least two smart cards (30, 36) as subscriber identification modules (32, 38) for subscriber numbers of one or different mobile networks (14, 16). With a manipulation mechanism (42) activation or deactivation of one or more functions of at least one of the smart cards (30, 36) inserted in the at least two smart card reader and/or smart card writer units (26, 28) is performed. The mobile station (10) further comprises a detection unit (46) for detecting of mobile networks (14, 16) and a controller unit (44) for controlling the manipulation mechanism (42) depending on the detected mobile networks (14, 16). |
