Heat exchanger for parts of a printing press

The arrangement has a central process line (5) i.e. return pipe, for connecting a central process tempering device (2) and a printing machine (1). An auxiliary free radiator tempering device (4) is provided for the central process tempering device. The free radiator tempering device is provided in the process line such that a processing medium to be cooled flows through the free radiator tempering device. A blower device is arranged such that air stream flows through the free radiator tempering device. The process line runs from the printing machine to the free radiator tempering device.
