The device (1) has a pressure block (3) directly connected to a pressure cylinder (2) through a pressure control valve (4). A tube of a syringe (8) is attached to a free end of a supply hose (7), which is connected with the pressure block. The pressure block is made of a material i.e. cast resin, having a minimum pressure of 6 bars. The pressure control valve is designed such that the pressure at the pressure block is reduced to 2 bars when the pressure in the pressure cylinder is 4 bars. The syringe and the syringe tube are connected using a hose coupling (6).
