Stent with a base body made of a bioinert metallic implant material

摘要

The stent has a base body (10) made of bioinert metallic implant material and covered with silicon carbide coatings (18, 18'). A mural surface (12) of the body has cavities (14) filled with antiproliferative agent. A luminal surface (16) of the body has a coating (20) containing attractors for endothelial cells. The agent is made of Taxol(RTM: Paclitaxel), taxanes, sirolimus, derivatives of rapamycin, everolimus or biolomus. The attractor is made of antibody e.g. glycoprotein, aptamers, arginine-glycine-aspartic acid (RGD) peptides or cyclic RGDs.
